The Moldovan passport has the Moldovan Coat of Arms emblazoned in the centre of the front cover.
The verso side also contains barcode and other Machine-readable data.
The verso side has the following description fields: In addition to plastic ID card a soft paper booklet is issued with the card, bearing information on residency, civil and military status. Compared to the 1996 Series, the 2013 Series ID card is smaller in size and is 86.5 x 54 mm.
On the front side of the card on the left side a color photograph of the bearer is placed along with a round hologram and a signature of the bearer.
Top of the card bears a title REPUBLICA MOLDOVA - BULETIN DE IDENTITATE (Republic of Moldova - Identity Card) and country code MDA.
Moldovan passports are issued to citizens of Moldova for the purpose of international travel.
The passport is issued by the State Enterprise and Information Resources Centre "Registru" and by Moldovan foreign representations abroad. For children under the age of seven years it is valid for four years.
Staff members of NGOs on the other hand benefited from the courses by learning how to find out about the activities of other local and international NGOs that have the same mission.
In addition to learning more about how to use the resources available online, the students were also taught on how to make use of the resources by enhancing there development such as creating websites and engaging in various web designs.
To encourage them do this, the organization provided to a maximum of three websites that the students created. Today any one can access the internet courtesy of the rapid technological growth of the sector.
